The second tax-yed enterprise managed by Ninh Binh Province Tax Center 5 is Nam Dinh Green Steel Football Joint Stock Company, address No. 27 Dang Xuan Thieu, Nam Dinh Ward, Ninh Binh Province. The legal representative is Mr. Nguyen Quoc Phong. Mr. Phong is also the representative of Xuan Thien Sports Joint Stock Company.
According to the announcement on September 30 of Ninh Binh Business 5 Tax Department, as of August 31, 2025, Nam Dinh Green Steel Football Joint Stock Company still owes more than VND 9.7 billion in tax.
