Nghe An publicly announced 58 enterprises with tax debts of over VND 1,258 billion

Nghe An - On September 22, Nghe An Provincial Tax Department publicly announced information about 58 enterprises owing taxes until the end of August 2025, with a total debt of over VND 1,258.8 billion.

In Notice No. 502/TB-NAN, there are 25 enterprises with tax debts, notably Thien Minh Duc Group Joint Stock Company with a debt of more than VND 1,098 billion, accounting for the largest proportion.

Second place is Xuan Quynh Company Limited (over 22.1 billion VND), followed by BMC Construction Materials and Trade Construction Assembly Company Limited (14.8 billion VND), Traffic Construction Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company 874 and Song Da 410 Joint Stock Company Branch (over 4.7 billion VND)...

Accordingly, in Notice No. 463/TB-NAN, 33 enterprises owe a total of VND 89.8 billion, led by Central Construction and Consulting Joint Stock Company ( debts of more than VND 13.9 billion), Joint Stock Company 475 (more than VND 10.1 billion), Tecco Group - Nghe An Branch (VND 9.7 billion), Vinh Mechanical Joint Stock Company (VND 9.4 billion), Truong Thinh Phat Medical Equipment - Pharmaceutical Equipment Company Limited (VND 8.9 billion)...

Nghe An Provincial Tax Department said that these enterprises have violated the provisions of the 2019 Law on Tax Administration and Decree 126/2020/ND-CP of the Government.

The unit is implementing many measures to manage and collect tax debts, including enforcement of bank accounts, stopping the use of invoices, and even notifying temporary suspension of exit for taxpayers with outstanding debts. At the same time, the Tax sector affirmed that it will continue to strengthen urging and coordinating with relevant agencies to reduce outstanding debts and ensure budget revenue in the area.
