These include: Hai Dang urban area, Ha Long commune, Van Don district, area of 64.6ha, received volume of more than 2.58 million m3.

The People's Committee of Quang Ninh province assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to be the unit to receive and appraise the registration records for dumping dredged material of individuals and units in need; based on the characteristics of dredged material and the ability to use dredged material for each area and location, report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval of each specific case, ensuring compliance with current regulations and planning, not advising on dumping dredged material into areas with forests without a decision from competent authorities to change the purpose of forest land use.
