On the evening of March 6, Chi Em rot Group Joint Stock Company (CER Group) - the unit responsible for ceramic and vegetable candy products - posted evidence with information that the image of ceramic and vegetable candy was "stealed".
This move was made when public opinion was stirred up about the form of Kera vegetable candy being very similar to a product being advertised on a Chinese e-commerce platform at a much cheaper price.
According to the information posted by the company, this company has verified that this is an act of illegally using the image of Kera products of a unit specializing in processing sticky vegetable candy following the trend in China. The information " grades OEM" and "February product release date 2025" on this platform is completely unrelated to Kera.
Kera insists it is not cooperating, not authorized and has no contact with the Chinese side. Kera launched the product in November 2024 to prove that Kera appeared before.

A representative of CER Group emphasized that 100% of Kera vegetable candy products are produced at the ASIA LIFE factory (Dak Lak province) in Vietnam.
The Kera vegetable candy product launched on the market from the end of 2024, is introduced by many celebrities and influential people on social networks (KOL/KOC). Currently, this product is still sold on e-commerce platforms for about 270,000 VND/60 pills (2 boxes).
Public opinion was stirred up when Quang Linh Vlogs said "2 vien (quarry) is equivalent to 1 plate of vegetables" in a livestream session selling this product.
Regarding this incident, the Food Safety Department (Ministry of Health) has issued a document requesting units to strictly handle advertising activities that violate regulations for Kera vegetable candy products.
The Food Safety Department said that it has received information on a number of websites, Facebook, Tiktok... advertising the supplementary food product Supergreens Gummies called Kera vegetable candy.
The product was announced by Chi Em rot Group Joint Stock Company (address 144-146-148 Road No. 11, Quarter 5, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City); Produced at ASIA LIFE Joint Stock Company (address 18/99 Nguyen Van Linh, Ea Tu Commune, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province) with signs of violating regulations on food advertising, causing public outrage.
Immediately after receiving the above information, the Food Safety Department issued an official dispatch requesting the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety to urgently inspect the operations of Chi Em rot Group Joint Stock Company (located in the city) regarding the production conditions, announcement and advertising of Kera vegetable candy products.
Requesting units to strictly handle violations (if any) in accordance with the provisions of law. At the same time, the inspection results were announced on the media.
