Recently, on the Facebook fanpage with more than 2 million followers, Quang Linh Vlogs posted an article about customer feedback on the "beef-dried pork ribs" product sold on the livestream of TikTok channel Pham Quang Linh that the quality was not as advertised.
"First of all, I sincerely apologize to customers who had bad experiences when buying products on Pham Quang Linh's livestream (not on Hang Du Muc's livestream)," Quang Linh wrote.
In addition, he said he had worked directly with the brand and this unit announced that they would refund 100% of orders purchased on livestreams advertised by Quang Linh that were not as promised.
He affirmed: "This is an incident of shortcomings on our part, especially in cooperation with food products. Quality can fluctuate depending on each production batch or the characteristics of each product, leading to inconsistent quality at different times.
Furthermore, each person's taste is different, so it is difficult for the team to accurately share the product's taste. Linh's team will consider more carefully in choosing food brands to cooperate with in the future."
After this incident, to ensure the rights of customers, Quang Linh announced that all products appearing in Pham Quang Linh's livestream must sign a commitment, have plans to refund and compensate customers if the product has quality problems.
"Linh and the entire team really appreciate the sincere comments and feedback from customers. It is this feedback that helps us to improve and develop more and more, and at the same time helps genuine brands better understand the needs of customers," Quang Linh added.
Previously, a customer commented complaining that the product of grilled pork ribs advertised by Quang Linh on Tiktok had dried meat and not young ribs as he shared in the livestream. Then, many other buyers also commented that the product had a bad smell and was of poor quality.
After posting an apology and offering a solution to the problem, Quang Linh’s post attracted more than 61,000 likes and over 2,000 comments. Most netizens and consumers were satisfied with the male YouTuber’s actions.
