On August 22, Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2818/QD-UBND on the establishment of Xuan Hoa Industrial Cluster.
According to the decision, Xuan Hoa Industrial Cluster has an area of 45 hectares, and is invested in synchronously building a technical infrastructure system. Innotek Xuan Hoa Co., Ltd. is the investor in building the technical infrastructure of the industrial cluster.
The total investment of the project is 695 billion VND. Of which, equity is 104.25 billion VND, accounting for 15%; loans from credit institutions are 590.75 billion VND, accounting for 85%.
The industrial cluster is oriented to attract high-value-added manufacturing industries, applying advanced technology and being environmentally friendly.
The main sectors include processing and manufacturing industry; mechanics, supporting industries; textiles and garments; information technology and telecommunications; electronics; smart energy; digital technology, automation; high-end equipment, new materials and biotechnology.
The industrial cluster can attract establishments producing wood products, plastic furniture, non-metallic mineral products and industries and handicrafts that need to be preserved and developed in the locality.
Warehouse services, packaging, cargo transportation and services directly serving industrial and handicraft production are also arranged, with a total area not exceeding 10% of the industrial cluster area.
According to the decision, the project implementation time is no more than 36 months from August 22, 2026.
The project's operating period is 50 years from the date the investor is decided to allocate land, lease land or change land use purpose according to regulations.
Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee requests the investor to fully implement procedures on land, environment and construction investment. In which, businesses must carry out procedures for changing forest use purposes for the area of production forest land located within the project boundaries; complete land allocation, land lease and land use purpose conversion dossiers.
The investor must also arrange centralized wastewater treatment works, ensuring a safe environmental distance from residential areas and public works.
Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant departments and branches together with Lap Thach and Thai Hoa commune People's Committees to coordinate in inspecting, urging, and guiding investors to implement procedures according to regulations, ensuring project progress.
