The People's Council of Quang Ninh province has just approved the list of land plots to be auctioned for investment projects using land in the province in the second phase of 2025.
The land plots to be bid to select investors to implement investment projects using land as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1, Article 126 of the Land Law (urban area projects) include:
Hai Hoa sports and commercial urban area in Hai Hoa ward, Mong Cai city, Quang Ninh province, area 173ha.
Urban area on both sides of the approach road to Bac Luan II bridge (phase 3), Mong Cai city, area of 34.38 ha.
In particular, in Quang Hanh ward, Cam Pha city alone, there are 2 land plots located on the coastal road of Ha Long - Cam Pha: Mixed-use urban area in Quang Hanh ward, Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh province, 132.4ha wide; and Urban, Complex area (area B, C, D) in Quang Hanh ward, Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh province, 134.8ha wide.
Hoang Tan Ecological Urban Area, Quang Yen Town, 343ha wide.
The land plots to be bid to select investors to implement investment projects using land as prescribed in Point b, Clause 1, Article 126 of the Land Law (in cases where bidding must be organized to select investors according to the provisions of the law on management of sectors and fields) include:
Social housing in Viet Hung ward and Hoanh Bo ward, Ha Long city, area 7.81ha.
Social housing at AOM-72 land plot belongs to subdivision planning 2, Ha Khanh ward, Ha Long city, area of 2.57ha.
Social housing at Thuy Hoa hill, Bai Chay ward, Ha Long city, area 1.27ha.
High-end complex tourism service area in Van Don Economic Zone, Van Yen commune, area 244.45ha.
Social housing in Hiep Hoa commune, Quang Yen town serves workers and employees of enterprises in Song Khoai industrial park, Quang Yen town, with an area of 4.7 hectares.
Social housing in Lien Vi commune, Quang Yen town, 2.97ha wide.
In addition, there are a number of land plots planned to build private schools.
