Amidst the bustling atmosphere of preparing for the 2026 Lunar New Year, Mr. Phan Chi Linh's 2,500 m2 production workshop in Dong Nai is becoming busier than ever. To meet the progress of handing over more than 300 products to the Ho Chi Minh City market and neighboring provinces, this year this unit continues to apply robots to the production process.

The use of "robot arms" helps the process of cutting and shaping horse mascots become faster, achieving higher accuracy than traditional manual methods.
Currently, the workshop is mobilizing maximum resources with about 70 workers combined with modern machinery to complete a variety of designs according to the Binh Ngo year theme.

The products are mainly made from foam foam material with a solid iron frame core, then covered with a composite layer on the outside to ensure high durability when decorating outdoors. Depending on the size and complexity of each detail, especially the horse head, each mascot takes from a few days to half a month for a team of skilled workers to complete the coloring and decoration stage.

This year's mascot market recorded a preference for two main imagery lines, traditional horses and cartoon horses. In the high-end segment, the workshop is attracting attention when creating two "giant" mascots, most notably the model of Saint Giong riding a horse to fly to heaven weighing nearly 50 kg, priced up to 120 million VND. In addition, other warhorse and divine horse product lines also have prices ranging from 20 to 80 million VND per horse.

Besides the majestic models, hundreds of chibi horses with bright, cute colors with prices from 10 to 20 million VND are also being urgently completed.

The combination of advanced robot technology and the skillful hands of the craftsman is expected to bring the most brilliant "warhorses" to the streets, sending wishes for a "successful year" to every home.
