In Phu Tho, Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 6 residential land plots in Huong Nha Market Area, Hien Quan commune.
Land plots with areas from 108.7m2 to 262m2, starting price of 4 million VND/m2. The total value of each plot ranges from more than 519 million VND to over 1.04 billion VND.
The auction is organized in the form of indirect voting, the method of raising bids. Pre-order from 120-200 million VND/lot, price step of 100,000 VND/m2.
Participants can view real estate from May 4-6, 2026. The time to receive applications and pay deposits lasts until 5:00 PM on May 20, 2026. The price announcement is expected to take place at 8:00 AM on May 24 at the Hall of Hien Quan Commune People's Committee.
Meanwhile, in Thai Nguyen, VNA Joint Venture Auction Company organized an online auction of 1 dump truck and 1 excavator managed by the Thai Nguyen Provincial Department of Finance.
Forcia brand dump truck, license plate 14C-00745, manufactured in 2010, with a starting price of 25 million VND. Komatsu PC128US excavator without papers, without frame number and engine number, was put up for auction with a starting price of 170 million VND.
The total starting price of the 2 assets is 195 million VND, the deposit is 39 million VND and the price step is 2 million VND.
The auction will be held online on the morning of May 20, 2026. Participants register their applications and pay online from May 4-15, 2026.
In addition, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center also announced the auction of a lot of 4 liquidated cars of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department.
The lot of assets includes 2 Mitsubishi cars and 2 Ford cars, with a starting price of 320 million VND. Participants must deposit 64 million VND in advance, with a price step of 5 million VND.
The auction form is direct voting with a maximum of 3 rounds according to the upward bidding method. The auction is scheduled to be held at 8:30 am on May 21, 2026 at the Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center.
According to the announcement, auction participants must meet the conditions according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and the amended 2024 Property Auction Law.
For assets without papers such as Komatsu excavators, the winning bidder must accept the actual status quo and must not complain about legal documents or the quality of assets after winning the auction.
