At the end of April 2026, Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company issued two notices on the organization of land use right auctions in Hien Quan and Phung Nguyen communes.
A total of 19 residential land plots will be put up for auction in May, in order to increase budget revenue and meet residential land needs in the area.
Auction of 6 land plots in Hien Quan commune
According to the announcement, 6 land plots belonging to Huong Nha Market Area (Hien Quan commune) have an area from 108.7m2 to 262m2, with a starting price of 4 million VND/m2. The value of each plot ranges from more than 500 million VND to over 1 billion VND.
Specifically, the highest lot has an area of 262m2, starting price of more than 1.04 billion VND; while the lowest lot is about 129.9m2, starting price of more than 519 million VND.
The deposit amount for each lot is from 120 - 200 million VND, the applied price step is 100,000 VND/m2. The time for selling applications and receiving registrations lasts from April 29 to May 20. Participants need to complete the deposit before 5 pm on May 20.
The price announcement session is expected to take place at 8:00 AM on May 24th at the Hall of Hien Quan Commune People's Committee (old headquarters of Thanh Uyen commune).
13 land plots in Phung Nguyen commune were also put up for auction
In the same period, 13 land plots in Phung Nguyen commune were also organized for auction in a similar manner. The registration time is from April 29 to May 13, the deadline for deposit payment is 5:00 PM on May 13.
The price announcement session will be held at 8:00 AM on May 18 at the Phung Nguyen Commune Party Committee Hall (headquarters of the old Son Vi Commune People's Committee). The starting price of land plots ranges from 4-12 million VND/m2.
The total starting price of these 13 land plots is over 13 billion VND. The auction form will be indirect voting.
According to the organizing unit, both auctions apply the form of indirect voting via post. Registration documents and bidders must be sent separately in two sealed envelopes, with valid sealed signatures.
