Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the auction of residential land use rights for 17 land plots belonging to the technical infrastructure construction project of the land auction area for residential land use rights ĐG31, Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, old Quoc Oai district (now Hung Dao commune, Hanoi city).
The total area of land plots is 1,475.8m2; the starting price ranges from 9,191,000 VND/m2 to 9,395,000 VND/m2.
Regarding the price step, the first auction round applies a level of 36,000 VND/m2; from the second round onwards it is 2,000,000 VND/m2.
Land plots with separate forms of use, the purpose of use is residential land in rural areas, allocated land by the State with land use fees, long-term use term.
The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session (maximum 2 rounds), according to the up-pricing method.
Time to receive applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on April 29, 2026 to 5:00 PM on May 13, 2026. Participants can submit applications directly at Hung Dao Commune People's Committee (public administrative service point in Thi Ngoai, hamlet 10, Hung Dao commune, Hanoi city) or at Auction Partnership Company No. 5 - National.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:30 am on May 17, 2026 at the Hall of Hung Dao Commune People's Committee.
Auction participants need to be present at least 60 minutes in advance to complete the procedures. In case of authorization to participate in the auction, there must be a valid authorization document, notarized in accordance with legal regulations, which clearly states the information of the auction session, work content, time limit, rights and responsibilities of the parties.
In an auction session organized according to each land plot, each person is only allowed to represent one participant. In case a land plot has participated in the auction, they are not authorized by another person to jointly auction that land plot.
