According to records, Binh Duong Water - Environment Corporation Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as BIWASE) previously had 8 water supply branches in Binh Duong province. The current capacity of these 8 units is about 800,000 m3/day and night, with revenue in 2025 estimated at 2,600 billion VND. Previously, these units operated under the model of branches directly under the parent company's management.
The previous branches were still small in scale. Currently, upgrading the branches to the company model is an inevitable step in the new development phase. This is aimed at the goal of effective governance.
4 subsidiaries were established from the merger of 8 water supply branches including: Di An BIWASE One Member Limited Liability Company, Binh Duong KLH One Member Limited Liability Company BIWASE, Tan Uyen BIWASE One Member Limited Liability Company and Bau Bang BIWASE One Member Limited Liability Company.

According to Mr. Tran Chien Cong - General Director of BIWASE, the new models all aim for progressiveness, optimizing general management, in order to create business autonomy and bring the highest efficiency to the company. It is expected that in 2026 there will be 2 new companies established, each company will achieve revenue of 1,000 billion VND.
In addition, at the program, BIWASE launched another subsidiary, BIWASE Tay Ninh Water Joint Stock Company. This is a business operating in the water supply sector in Tay Ninh province that BIWASE acquired at the end of 2025.
After launching these 5 new companies, BIWASE currently has 16 subsidiaries, 11 affiliates and 4 companies where BIWASE has capital contributions and participates as members of the Board of Directors.
