According to statistics, from June 6, 2023 to now, SCB has stopped operating more than 136 transaction offices nationwide. Of which, there was a time when SCB closed up to 16 transaction offices in just one month.
In the last 3 months of 2024 alone, Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SCB) has terminated operations at 27 transaction offices. In October and November alone, SCB closed 21 transaction offices in Dong Nai, Da Nang, Gia Lai, Long An, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
