From January 1, 2026, more than 5 million business households nationwide will switch the form of tax payment from fixed tax to declaration based on revenue or actual income. Notably, at the 10th session, the 15th National Assembly passed regulations to raise the taxable income threshold for business households and individuals to 500 million VND/year, applied from 2026.
