The reason the tax authority in Thanh Hoa issued a notice to temporarily suspend the exit of the leaders of the above enterprises is that these units are being forced to execute administrative decisions on tax management and have not fulfilled their tax payment obligations.
The basis for implementing the temporary suspension of exit for the above-mentioned business owners is in Article 21 of Decree No. 126/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Tax Administration.
