Specifically, Tung Phuong General Trading Service Joint Stock Company (Me Linh commune, Hanoi) owned by Mr. Luong Van Gioi, had violations: "People directly producing and trading food, food additives, food processing aids, tools, packaging materials, containing direct contact with food without a certificate of training in food safety knowledge". For this act, Mr. Gioi's company was fined 24 million VND.
Business household Nguyen Thi Thuy (village 4, Ha Loi, Me Linh commune, Hanoi) has the act: "Violating the provisions of law on conditions to ensure food safety in food preservation", fine of 2 million VND.
Khanh Nhi Trading and Service Co., Ltd. (village 2, Me Linh commune, Hanoi) owned by Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Anh. This establishment violated: "People directly processing food without wearing hats, masks; not cutting nails short; not using gloves when directly contacting cooked food, instant food". Fine of 8 million VND.

Nguyen Thi Minh Thuy street food business store fined 1.5 million VND for the act: "The person directly processing food does not use gloves when directly contacting cooked food, instant food".
