In the afternoon of February 23, Mr. Pham Van Thinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired a working session with Bac Giang International Logistics Co., Ltd. (Tien Phong ward) and CPT Group Joint Stock Company (Hiep Hoa commune).
Regarding the project "Infrastructure, warehouse of Bac Giang City International Logistics Center", representatives of Bac Giang International Logistics Co., Ltd. - the project investor said that in 2026, the investor plans to complete infrastructure and external roads; complete and accept phase 1 items.
At the same time, the unit will prepare a feasibility report for the next items; deploy phase 2 and put functional warehouses and areas into operation.
Representatives of Bac Giang International Logistics Co., Ltd. requested the Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches to support and guide the completion of procedures, infrastructure connection, and deployment of phase 2; and at the same time create conditions to adjust the investment certificate and refund 50% of the deposit to supplement capital for project implementation; separate the land plot into an independent social housing project.
The "Mechanical Product Production Complex" project is being implemented in Chung and Cham villages, Hiep Hoa commune.
The project has a scale of about 9.6ha; total investment of more than 528 billion VND; production of steel structures and mechanical processing, including forging, stamping, rolling and processing, and metal coating.
The project faces some difficulties related to site clearance work such as: Lack of Certificates of Land Use Rights; some households do not cooperate or are absent; complicated land laws; prolonged transfer procedures.
Therefore, the investor proposed that the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee soon recover and allocate the remaining land and support and create conditions to resolve investment, construction, and legal procedures so that the project can soon be put into operation.
Regarding the project "Infrastructure, warehouse of Bac Giang City International Logistics Center", Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh assigned departments and branches to study the investor's proposals; support and create conditions for the investor to implement the project smoothly and effectively.
Regarding the Mechanical Product Production Complex project, Mr. Pham Van Thinh proposed that the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee direct the allocation of land for the 2nd phase to the investor before March 15.
Departments, branches, and relevant agencies need to actively support putting phase 1 of the project into operation before April 30. Provincial tax authorities guide investors to prepare tax refund conditions to meet the interests of investors.
The infrastructure and warehouse project of Bac Giang International Logistics Center has a total area of nearly 67 hectares in Song Khe Industrial Park, Tien Phong ward; the scale of warehouse storage services reaches 700 thousand trips/year, with a total investment of nearly 4,200 billion VND.
