Although market management forces in localities and functional sectors have drastically implemented many measures, including peak periods of handling counterfeit goods, fake goods, and goods infringing intellectual property rights, the work of combating smuggling and trade fraud is still a very important task.
The Ministry of Finance and the State Bank of Vietnam coordinate to implement appropriate fiscal and monetary policies to support people's purchasing power, promote reasonable and healthy consumption; pay attention to consumer credit and credit for manufacturing industries.
In which, the State Bank plays an important role in stimulating consumption through consumer lending, cashless payments and credit policies, creating favorable conditions for people to access capital and expand spending.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade continues to manage and ensure the balance of supply and demand for essential goods, especially gasoline and oil, in a public and transparent manner, in accordance with the market mechanism with state management; strengthen inspection, supervision, and strictly handle violations.
Emphasizing that logistics is the "backbone infrastructure" of domestic trade, the Standing Deputy Prime Minister requested to reduce logistics costs to improve the competitiveness of goods; develop synchronously transportation modes including air, rail, sea, river and road, and strengthen linkages between businesses.
Regarding market management, the Standing Deputy Prime Minister requested to strengthen the drastic fight against counterfeit goods, smuggled goods, trade fraud and acts of intellectual property rights infringement in both the traditional and digital environments.
This is not only a requirement to protect consumer rights but also to protect businesses, protect the economy and international trade relations of Vietnam.
The market management force promotes its proactive role, ensuring smooth coordination between the Central Government and localities, with tax, customs, police, anti-smuggling forces, border guards, coast guards...
Ministries, branches, and localities strengthen coordination in applying digital technology, artificial intelligence, and traceability to serve inspection, supervision, and strict handling of violations, especially on e-commerce platforms.
At the same time, focus on completing the system of standards and regulations and enhancing the role of quality accreditation agencies, ensuring transparent and effective operations, creating favorable conditions for goods circulation, contributing to improving the value of Vietnamese goods.
