The term of office of Mr. Vuong Minh Thu and Mr. Pham Duy Hung is 5 years, starting from August 22, 2025.
Mr. Vuong Minh Thu and Mr. Pham Duy Hung were also appointed by the Standing Committee of the Group Party Committee to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Thong Nhat Coal Company and Ha Long Coal Company, term 2025-2030.
Along with that, the General Director of TKV also decided to appoint Mr. Tran Cao Cuong - Deputy Head of the Group's Safety Department - to the position of Head of the Group's Safety Department, Mr. Tran Cao Cuong's term of office is 5 years, starting from August 22, 2025.
Meanwhile, at the Inspection Joint Stock Company, the Board of Directors of the Inspection Joint Stock Company has decided to appoint Mr. Bui Van Manh - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Inspection Joint Stock Company - to hold the position of Director of the Inspection Joint Stock Company from August 22, 2025.
Mr. Bui Van Manh was also approved by the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Company's Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
