In the enthusiastic atmosphere towards the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, Viettel affirmed its ability to master technology, be ready to serve people at parade and parade locations and throughout the activities to celebrate the Great Festival.
Through assessment, the quality of Viettel mobile service in the training sessions, preliminary and final inspections all achieved excellent results. After each training session, Viettel engineers give careful analysis and adjust the plan to improve network quality better than the previous training day. The results show that the speed of the 4G and 5G networks has increased by 1.5 times compared to previous days, the coverage area is optimized to a small scale to bring the smoothest experience to customers.
After the training session on August 21, more than 100 stations had their enthusiasm adjusted to optimize coverage; on August 24, Viettel added 5 stations at Ba Dinh Square and 2 stations in Lieu Giai area. Pre-approved on August 27, BTS station in Le Duan was supplemented with installation, while upgrading the cau hinh and adding resources to 50 stations along the routes Lieu Giai, Kim Ma, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Le Duan, Trang Thi.
Along with technical measures, more than 1,000 Viettel employees will be "shipped" to their positions throughout the event, taking on many different tasks such as being on duty at BTS stations, operating the network, monitoring network quality, etc.
With careful preparation, the ability to master technology and the highest service spirit, Viettel's network is ready to ensure smoothness and stability, bringing the best experience to people during the big festival of the river boy.
Previously, Viettel Network Corporation deployed a comprehensive combat plan with more than 2,400 technical solutions, including 500 new 5G stations, 700 temporary stations, 25 mobile broadcasting vehicles and especially for the first time in Vietnam, 1,200 smallcell 5G stations deployed at crowded locations. A total of 1,700 large and small 5G stations will cover all parade and march routes, ensuring network speed, capacity and stability, while sharing the load with the 4G network. Accordingly, Viettel is the only network operator in Vietnam that will simultaneously broadcast both 5G SA and 5G NSA technology. In particular, 5G SA operates independently, with an ultra-low latency of about 1ms and a speed 10 times higher than 4G, bringing outstanding experiences to people.
Notably, at the A80 event series, AI has been strongly applied to predict travel behavior and crowded locations. The X- Optimization system combined with AI continuously refines the coverage area, guiding user devices to stations with excess capacity and reducing noise to neighboring areas. Every 5 minutes, the network is optimized according to user behavior, ensuring the highest quality service.
