On December 5, Thanh Hoa Tax Department issued a conclusion on the tax inspection at Anh Phat Construction and Trading Investment Corporation, requiring the Corporation to immediately pay more than 1.5 billion VND including additional tax, administrative fines and late tax payment to the State Treasury.
On December 18, speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Pham Van Tu - Director of Anh Phat Corporation said that the unit had paid the full amount according to the inspection conclusion.
According to Mr. Pham Van Tu, this is the conclusion of a regular tax inspection, the reason the Corporation was required to collect and fine late payment due to the declaration errors of the unit's finance department. Every year, the tax authority inspects and points out errors, and the Corporation immediately implements them.
Confirmed by the authorities, Anh Phat Corporation has transferred the required amount to the budget as prescribed.
Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, Thanh Hoa Tax Department requested Anh Phat Construction Investment and Trading Corporation to immediately pay more than 1.5 billion VND due to tax violations.
