Tuyen Quang establishes industrial cluster worth over 660 billion VND

The People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province has just issued Decision No. 08/QD-UBND on the establishment of An Hoa - Long Binh An Industrial Cluster with a total estimated capital of more than 660 billion VND.

According to the decision, the above Industrial Cluster is deployed on an area of ​​74.88 hectares, in Thai Long and Doi Can communes (Tuyen Quang city). The total investment capital for infrastructure construction (expected) is more than 660 billion VND. The investor is LLN An Hoa Investment Joint Stock Company.

The project is divided into 3 phases, of which phase 1 (quarter I to quarter IV/2025) completes investment in construction of domestic water supply works, operation center, technical infrastructure, power supply system, internal traffic roads, playgrounds, trees and other items.

Phase 2 (quarter I/2026 to quarter II/2027), invest in synchronous construction of technical infrastructure system of Industrial Cluster.

Phase 3 (Q3/2027 to Q2/2028), investing in the synchronous construction of technical infrastructure systems for the remaining land area of ​​about 22.72 hectares. The total estimated investment is nearly 200 billion VND.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang City and related departments and branches to be responsible for managing activities, inspecting and guiding investors to carry out procedures according to regulations.
