Hanoi Police leaders directed to absolutely prevent harassment in the process of inspecting the operation of business establishments.

On May 8, Hanoi City Police said that they had issued Plan No. 83/KH-CAHN-ANKT on inspecting the compliance with legal regulations for business organizations and individuals in the area.

The key objective of the inspection is to comprehensively assess the compliance with legal regulations under the state management scope of the Police force.

Through inspection work, functional forces will promptly identify loopholes and shortcomings in management to rectify and overcome them.

Hanoi City Police affirmed that they will strictly handle violations to ensure the rule of law, create a fair business environment and strengthen the people's trust.

In addition to inspection and examination, Hanoi City Police clearly defines the role of accompanying the business community.

The inspection team has the task of listening to and removing legal obstacles and difficulties in production and business activities. This contributes to improving the investment environment index of the Capital, helping business establishments feel secure in sustainable development.

The inspection process is required to be carried out in accordance with authority and procedures according to regulations; ensuring publicity, transparency and thrift.

In particular, the leaders of Hanoi City Police directed to absolutely prevent harassment and trouble from occurring, avoiding affecting the normal operation of business establishments.

To achieve the highest efficiency of the plan, Hanoi City Police have strengthened advisory work, promoted the role of Party committees, local authorities and related management agencies. At the same time, the Police force also tightened discipline and order in performing tasks. Proactively preventing and stopping acts of taking advantage of inspection activities to cause difficulties for businesses.

In the second quarter of 2026, Hanoi City Police is expected to conduct inspections of 9,960 businesses, business households and individual businesses in the city.
