Recently, a technical training course was held in the La Bang tea area of Thai Nguyen, hoping to make this tea area rise thanks to technology. The program was organized by the Center for Digital Communication Training and Development in coordination with the provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment, accompanied by CHAGEE Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The training content includes 5 main topics: sharing experiences in growing, caring for and processing tea from CHAGEE experts; instructions on ensuring labor safety in agricultural production; analyzing the potential for the development of Thai Nguyen tea area; introducing how to apply e-commerce on the TikTok platform; practicing skills in content creation and online sales for tea products.
The training course was attended by nearly 200 people including: people, young entrepreneurs, cooperatives, and businesses associated with local tea trees.

In his opening speech of the training program, Mr. Luong Cong Luan - Deputy CT of the People's Committee of La Bang commune (old) emphasized: "The training program marks an important step forward in the process of modernizing the tea industry of the province. For cooperatives and farmers, this is not only an opportunity to access new knowledge but also an opportunity to improve competitiveness."
Digital transformation helps optimize production, from farming and harvesting management to traceability, ensuring quality and transparency. At the same time, building a La Bang tea brand is not only about creating logos or labels, but is a story about the people who make the product with a rich culture and sustainable values.
The support of the CHAGEE tea brand has contributed significantly to building a sustainable tea value chain for Thai Nguyen, improving product quality and creating a solid foundation for people and cooperatives to confidently enter the e-commerce era, said Mr. Do Manh Hung - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Tra Hung Thai One Member Co., Ltd.

The special thing about the course is that students not only learn theory but also directly participate in on-site practice such as filming product videos, creating digital booths, taking promotional photos, building content "for Thai tea"... simply, suitable for farmers, who do not have technological strengths.
To have a cup of quality tea to reach consumers, the journey must begin for farmers.
Experts shared their experience in growing tea from China, which has a long tradition of effective farming models.
The training course focuses on labor safety in tea production, measures to prevent occupational accidents and protect health. Notes on food safety during production.
