Exporting nearly 22 tons of fresh coconut through Bac Luan II border gate, Quang Ninh

Quang Ninh - Mong Cai International Border Gate Customs has just completed customs clearance procedures for nearly 22 tons of fresh coconut officially exported to China.

22 tons of fresh coconut officially exported through the border gate of Bac Luan II bridge, Quang Ninh province were peeled in a diamond shape.

The shipment was exported by Quan Minh Investment Joint Stock Company to Guangxi Weixinda Supply Chain CO.,LTD (China).

The shipment consists of 2,190 cardboard boxes, each containing 9 coconuts, with a total weight of 21,900kg.

The origin of the coconut plot is from the old Ben Tre province (now Vinh Long province), with the growing area code VN-BTOR-0188 and the packaging facility code VN-BTPH-064.

This is the first batch of fresh coconuts exported in 2025 through Bac Luan II Border Gate and the second batch since 2024 when this border gate officially receives customs clearance of fresh coconut products.

Previously, on October 25, 2024, another shipment of fresh coconuts containing 2,430 packages (equivalent to 21,870 fruits, weighing about 23.5 tons) was entrusted by Hai Ninh Import-Export Trading Service Company Limited from Mekong Fruit Import-Export Company Limited (Ben Tre), exported through Bac Luan II border gate to Dongxing Huawang Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd (China).

According to the Vietnam Coconut Association, in 2024, fresh water coconut products have reached an export turnover of about 175 million USD.
