Driving a car carrying elementary school students or preschool children without or without enough managers on each car as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 46 of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety.
Driving a car transporting students or preschool children without having enough 2 years of experience driving a passenger transport vehicle;
Operating a car transporting students or preschool children but the driver or manager has not been trained on safety procedures when transporting students and preschool children.
Fine from 1,000,000 VND to 2,000,000 VND for one of the following violations:
Failure to instruct students and preschool children to sit in the correct position in the vehicle.
Driving a car for transportation business transporting preschool children or elementary school students without age-appropriate seat belts or without using a vehicle with age-appropriate seats as prescribed.
In addition to being fined, vehicle drivers who commit the specified acts at certain points will have their driver's license points deducted by 6 points.
