Previously, at about 1:30 PM on March 25, at Km 263+500 National Highway 1A, Ninh Binh province, driver D. D. A (born in 1993, residing in Yen Thang ward, Ninh Binh province) driving a car with license plate 35A-448. xx had a violation of going against traffic on a road with a no-going-country sign.
After being invited to the headquarters and working with functional forces, driver D. D. A admitted all of his violations.
Tam Diep Traffic Police Station, Ninh Binh Provincial Police Traffic Police Department has made a record of administrative violation against driver D. D. A for the act of going against traffic. According to regulations, this act will be fined from 18,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND; applying the additional penalty form of deducting 4 points from the driver's license.
