    Ninh Binh - Ninh Binh Traffic Police verify and fine drivers for running red lights according to regulations.

    From people's feedback on Facebook, the Traffic Police force of Ninh Binh Provincial Police quickly verified and fined drivers for traffic violations.

    Through verification, at about 18:41 on March 1st, driver N.V.L was the driver of pickup truck with license plate 90C-065. XX running a red light on the road connecting 2 expressways in Binh Luc commune, Ninh Binh province.

    The traffic police force of Ninh Binh Provincial Police made a record and handled it according to regulations.

    According to regulations, violations of not complying with traffic light signals are fined 18 - 20 million VND and deducted 4 points from the driver's license.
