Working women need to pay attention to sun protection properly before going to work. This is an important step to help skin always be white and bright, without dark spots or acne. Use sunscreen SPF 30 - 50, apply it about 15-20 minutes before going out. If you are outdoors for a long time, apply it again at least every 2-3 hours as well as don't forget the neck, ears and back of your hands.
Women should limit the hours when the sun is harsh, avoid going out from 10 am to 4 pm. If you have to go outdoors, you should use wide-brimmed hats, UV-resistant sunglasses, bright and breathable sun protection shirts.
Keep your skin hydrated on hot summer days to help prevent dehydration even if you are oily. Drink water regularly and eat fruits to get enough vitamins in a day.
Even if you are tired when coming home, don't forget to clean your skin gently. Wash your face twice a day with cleanser and clean water. Do not rub vigorously because summer skin is very easily irritated.
If your skin is hot when sunbathing, apply cool compresses and use skin-soothing products. Some signs to note if sunburned skin is blistered, prolonged redness, abnormally rapid darkness, or excessive itching should reduce sun exposure and see a dermatologist if the condition becomes more severe.
