Taking care of Tet for workers
On the afternoon before the last full moon day of the year of Giap Thin 2024, the campus of Cau Xay Joint Stock Company (Soc Son, Hanoi) became more bustling than usual. 50 union members and workers in difficult circumstances of the company were present to receive Tet support gifts from the Hanoi City Labor Federation. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai, born in 1986, could not hold back her tears when talking to us - tears of emotion and somewhat of sadness when her difficult situation was cared for by others.
Ms. Ai has been a worker at Cau Xay Joint Stock Company since 2007. Unfortunately, her 34-month-old child has leukemia. She saves money from daily expenses, medicine, and medical expenses for her child, from daily living expenses, from minimizing her own needs. Because she often has to take time off to take her child to the hospital, some months she takes more than 20 days off, so her income is only about 3.8 million VND.
With such difficulties, for her and her family, Tet is no different from any other day and is a day of wishing that her child would not be in pain. Therefore, she was extremely moved when she heard that she had received Tet support gifts from the Trade Union. Holding in her hands the 1 million VND gift and a Tet gift bag worth 300,000 VND including candy, Ms. Ai wiped her tears...
Also one of the union members and workers in difficult circumstances who received Tet support from the Trade Union organization, received Tet gifts and greetings from the leaders of the City Labor Federation, worker Khuat Thi Nguon - Noble Vietnam Electronics Co., Ltd. (Thach That, Hanoi) emotionally said: "I have worked at the Company for 13 years, my husband passed away early, I had to raise 3 children alone. Luckily for me, the Company's Trade Union always cares and supports me.
Today, receiving gifts from the City Trade Union, I feel very happy. Thank you to the Trade Union for always caring for workers in difficult circumstances like me. The leaders of the City Trade Union came to the Company to give Tet gifts, making it possible for union members and workers in difficult circumstances to have a traditional Tet like everyone else in society."
Create an exciting Tet atmosphere right at the workplace

Witnessing the emotions of union members and workers receiving Tet support from the Trade Union organization, we can clearly see the imprints of a Tet season brought by the Trade Union to union members and workers.
