With the motto "All workers have Tet", the Hong Bang district trade unions at all levels coordinated to organize many activities to take care of union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025. Basically, the units ensured salaries and wages for workers. The average Tet care bonus in the state sector is 3 million VND/person, in the foreign-invested sector is 12 million VND/person.
The total budget for Tet care for workers is about 10 billion VND. The budget for subsidies, gifts, and bus tickets from the City People's Committee, the Trade Union budget, the City's "Trade Union Shelter" Fund, and the district trade union budget for union members and workers and for participating in online shopping at the Trade Union Tet Market at all levels reached nearly 800 million VND.
In the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Dang", the District Labor Federation mobilized a number of businesses and philanthropists to donate gifts in the lucky draw program with a total prize value of nearly 50 million VND.
Also at the program, the District Labor Federation awarded the decision to establish 7 emulation blocs and organized the signing of emulation agreements in 2025. Accordingly, in 2025, the Hong Bang District Labor Federation strives to achieve the plan of 100% of new signing and re-signing of collective labor agreements according to assigned targets and increase the rate of enterprise-based trade unions with agreements to 85% or more, of which type B reaches 65% or more. District employees with 5 or more creative labor topics will be awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; introduce 222 outstanding union members for the Party to consider and train, of which at least 110 will be admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam...
