Bich Dam Kindergarten is clear blue
Bich Dam coastal village is located in Hon Tre island cluster, the farthest among the island clusters in Nha Trang Bay, Khanh Hoa province. Currently, there are more than 200 households in the fishing village living mainly on fishing and aquaculture.
Previously, Bich Dam was still a dreamy pig fishing village, far from the center and lacking electricity and water... But only last year and the first half of this year, Bich Dam was approved to become a community tourism destination in the direction of sustainable development and gradually appeared on the "tourism map" of young people.
Also a son of Khanh Hoa, Le Thi Phuong Trinh (Riri Phuong Trinh) is both a tourist and a content creator, and recently met Bich Dam. Attracted by the check-in photos of other travel enthusiasts, Trinh and her friends did not hesitate to immediately plan to explore the coastal village for 3 days and 2 nights.
About 8 nautical miles (15km) from Nha Trang coast, to get to Bich Dam, you have to take a local boat for about 2 hours or rent a canoe for about 30 minutes. After hours of floating on the waves, the simple coastal villages appear in the emerald blue sea water and the smooth white sandbank surrounding the hamlet like a peaceful green area.
"The people's boat gradually entered the port, Trinh's eyes were sucked into the emerald blue sea near the shore. Star can be so clear and beautiful, stepping into the port is a sense of peace, a slow, peaceful rhythm of life from the voice, the working activities of the people on the island and the playing canoe of the children. It was as familiar and close as when I was a child, Trinh said.
Unlike famous tourist destinations in Nha Trang, Bich Dam is an ideal place for those who want to escape the city and explore the peaceful, wild land. Trinh and a group of friends wandered around and check-in from Bai De with green grass leading straight to the sea to the beautiful Straw Beach under the afternoon sunlight. In addition to cycling, trekking to see the scenery, being addicted to swimming, diving, and SUP, visitors certainly cannot miss the natural beaches and Gieng Mon mountain.
The tourist attraction in Bich Dam is not only the immense sea and sky but also the combination of nature and unique historical sites. As soon as you get off the wharf, you will see the Bich Dam communal house relic with a 150-year-old banyan tree 21m high that has been recognized as a Heritage banyan tree. In addition, you can visit the Hon Lon lighthouse built in 1890 located at an altitude of more than 100m above sea level.
The poetic trail winding along the coast, one side is away from the pristine mountains, the other side is the blue sea leading to Hai Dang mountain is the place that Trinh wants to return to the most. From the lighthouse, you can see the steep cliffs facing the vast ocean.

Encouraging customers with sincerity
There have been some places leading tours during the day from Nha Trang or groups of young people traveling independently here, Bich Dam is still wild and not caught up in tourism vong. The fishing village lacks services but always welcomes visitors with warmth and sincerity.
Not only impressed by the beautiful scenery, Trinh also felt the warmth and care of the villagers. Trinh remembers most the image of Ms. Mang and Ms. Le, two women with whom she talked more deeply, was listened to share and was also inspired.
Ms. Mang is probably the first local to travel in Bich Dam. She started to switch to tourism services, not just a place to provide food and be a place to sleep. She is the one who finds guests, guides guests on the route, and the means of transportation to the island thoughtfully. Moreover, she also joins hands with the locality to desire community tourism by sharing the source of visitors to each household in the village so that everyone has visitors and a livelihood to motivate them to continue doing tourism. Almost all of Trinh and her friends' 3-day car rental and food rental services are being coordinated by Ms. Mang.
Bich Dam has a traditional snail making job and Ms. Le is one of many women who have been attached to this craft since childhood. From the colorful snail shells and clam shells, she took advantage of the results to make snails and then made them into large snails hanging on the doors and decorating them... When meeting Ms. Le, Trinh was instructed to make snails, while watching her persistently enduring the snail threads and listening to her meticulously tell the story.
Image of two women with different passions and ambitions, but they have in common the desire to bring value to the locality and develop community tourism.
After her days in Bich Dam, Trinh realized that the coastal village lacked electricity, water, Wi-Fi waves... but when she had lived and lived with these inconveniences, she enjoyed a rare peaceful life. It is not only a blue sea, cool breeze, beautiful check-in spots but also meals, a sincere conversation between friends and between tourists and locals.
