The Tan Yen District Labor Federation (Bac Giang Province) has just organized a conference on training on trade union work and legal dissemination for more than 200 cadres, union members, and workers.
At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Hong Diep - Deputy Head of Organization and Inspection of Bac Giang Labor Federation - directly reported and conveyed many key contents: Trade union activities in enterprises; The results of the XIII Congress of Vietnam Trade Union; objectives, targets and tasks for the term 2023–2028; Some points amend and supplement the Charter of Vietnam Trade Union.
In addition, the conference also focused on answering workers' questions about policies related to social insurance and welfare benefits when participating in trade unions.
Through training, workers have increased their legal awareness, grasped the new policies and guidelines of the Vietnam Trade Union. Thereby, contributing to promoting emulation movements in enterprises, improving production and business efficiency and building a strong trade union organization in the new situation.
This is an activity to implement the 2025 Work Program and Project No. 02/DA-LDLD of the Standing Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Federation of Labor on training, fostering, and professional training for grassroots union cadres, especially union chairmen at non-state enterprises, for the period 20242028.
