Participating in this year's competition are 16 teams with 17 contestants who are female union members working at grassroots unions under the management of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union. The teams went through 4 rounds: Greeting, Knowledge, Talent and costumes (in ao dai and evening gown).
The 2025 "Female union members with charm and talent" contest is a practical activity to improve the quality of union activities and women's work in the province's industrial parks and celebrate the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day; celebrate Workers' Month in 2025; honor and spread the talent, intelligence, bravery, creativity, confidence as well as the charm of Vietnamese women in general, and female union members of the Industrial Parks Trade Union in particular.
This is also a healthy playground for female union members and workers to improve their professional knowledge; at the same time, encourage and motivate female union members to build and perfect their moral qualities, talents, charm, and confidence, and make many contributions to building the Trade Union organization at the unit, thereby contributing to evaluating the implementation of the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at housework" and other emulation movements among female union members and workers.
Through the contest, female union members and grassroots unions were able to exchange, discuss, learn practical skills in work as well as build warm, equal, progressive and happy families.
With careful and thorough preparation in content, the teams brought to the contest exciting, colorful, and impressive performances, demonstrating the charm and talent of female workers, civil servants, and laborers as well as the characteristics of the units.
