The Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation in coordination with the Yen Dung Ward Trade Union has just organized a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Asian Bac Giang Green Energy Environment Joint Stock Company (Yen Dung ward).
Attending the conference were Comrade Le Duc Tho, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of the Trade Union Affairs Committee; Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan, Vice Chairman of Yen Dung Ward People's Committee; representatives of the Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Dung Ward; Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Lien - General Director of Asian Bac Giang Green Energy Environment Joint Stock Company.
Asian Bac Giang Green Energy Environment Joint Stock Company was established in 2024. To date, the company has grown with more than 100 employees.
Since its establishment, Asian Bac Giang Green Energy Environment Joint Stock Company has always received the attention and guidance of the trade union organization. Yen Dung Ward Trade Union has proactively coordinated with businesses to propagate and mobilize workers to join the trade union organization. To date, 102 workers have voluntarily participated, meeting the conditions to establish grassroots trade unions.
At the conference, the Provincial Labor Federation announced and awarded the Decision to establish the company's grassroots trade union; launched the Provisional Trade Union Executive Committee.
Speaking here, Comrade Le Duc Tho, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, emphasized that the establishment of grassroots trade unions is an important milestone, not only of legal significance but also opening a new phase in building representative organizations for employees at enterprises.
The comrade acknowledged and praised the proactiveness and activeness of the Yen Dung Ward Trade Union in the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions; and thanked the attention of the Party Committee and local authorities and the consensus and creation of conditions by business leaders.

To ensure that grassroots trade unions operate effectively in the coming time, the comrade requested the Trade Union Executive Committee to quickly stabilize the organization, build operating regulations, assign specific tasks; proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, and promptly protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members.
Along with that, it is necessary to promote emulation movements for good labor and creative labor; pay attention to occupational safety and health; actively propagate and mobilize workers to well comply with the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and business regulations.
On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation presented 20 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
