On November 10, the Trade Union of Jusda Vietnam International Supply Chain Management Company Limited (Bac Ninh province) held its 3rd Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The Congress took place in the spirit of "Innovation, democracy, solidarity and development" for the goal of "guaranteed rights, better welfare".
The congress was attended by 50 outstanding delegates, representing 466 workers and union members in the company.
Attending and directing the congress were Mr. Chu Van Thuong - Member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor (PFF), Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
The congress was attended by Mr. Bobby Liu - Company's Human Resources Director; experts from the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union and the Company's Board of Directors.
During the past term, the Company's Trade Union has achieved many positive results, performing well its function of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers. Specifically: The Executive Board of the Trade Union has proactively proposed that the company's leaders increase the basic salary and allowances for employees, contributing to improving their lives. During the term, there were no strikes or collective work stoppages. The work of caring for material and spiritual life is focused on, with many activities of visiting and giving gifts on holidays and Tet; supporting union members in difficult circumstances with gifts worth from 500,000 VND/Union member. The work of building the organization has been strengthened, attracting 100% of workers to voluntarily join the trade union organization...
The Congress discussed and approved the direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 term, with the common goal of continuing to innovate the organization, content and methods of operation, building a strong team of workers and trade unions, contributing to building a sustainable company.
In the new term, the Trade Union will continue to perform well the function of representing, caring for, protecting legitimate and legal rights and interests, improving the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Chu Van Thuong - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor suggested that the Company's Trade Union in the 2025 - 2030 term should continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on dialogue and collective bargaining to bring better benefits, ensuring legitimate and legal rights for workers.
At the same time, trade unions need to actively mobilize union members to participate in emulation movements of "good workers, creative workers", contributing to businesses to overcome all challenges, improve production and business efficiency, and build an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
The Congress announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union, term III, 2025-2030, consisting of 10 comrades. Accordingly, comrade Tran Duc Bien - Manager of the Road Transport Department will be the Chairman of the Company's Trade Union.
