To celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026), on July 24, the Trade Union of Fukang Technology Co., Ltd. (Quang Chau Industrial Park, Bac Ninh) said that the unit organized the Vietnam - China Cultural Exchange Program 2026 with the theme "Multinational connection - Accompanying development".
Attending the program were Mr. Nguyen Manh Kien - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Tran Van Tuan - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation and more than 1,000 union members and workers from Vietnam and China working at enterprises...
Speaking at the program, Mr. Thach Van Chung emphasized that the Company not only makes positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the province but is also a common home, where Vietnamese and Chinese workers and experts work together, are creative, respect and support each other.
Mr. Thach Van Chung requested the company's leadership to continue to pay attention to and better care for the material and spiritual life and working conditions of employees; considering the attachment of employees as the most valuable asset of the business.
Grassroots trade unions need to promote the role of a bridge well, organize many practical cultural and sports exchange activities to make workers of the two countries more attached.
Each union member, worker and expert continues to promote the spirit of solidarity, support each other in work, and jointly build a sustainable Fukang Technology collective, contributing to fostering increasingly strong Vietnam-China friendship.
Representatives of company and trade union leaders affirmed that the cultural exchange program is not only a spiritual playground but also a bridge to help Vietnamese and Chinese workers better understand each other's cultural identities, enhance sharing, and respect differences.
From there, build a friendly, professional and cohesive working environment. It is known that, along with caring for the lives of workers, Fukang Technology Limited Company has achieved many positive results in developing union members who are foreign workers.
To date, out of a total of 710 foreign workers eligible to join the Vietnam Trade Union organization, 691 have voluntarily participated, reaching a rate of 97.3%.
This shows the workers' belief in the trade union organization as well as the spirit of solidarity and integration in the enterprise.
Within the framework of the program, delegates and a large number of union members and workers visited Vietnam - China cultural experience spaces including: Traditional costume performances, calligraphy, folk musical instruments, cuisine and check-in areas imbued with the identity of the two countries.
The art program with songs, dances, music, instrumental performances of folk instruments, Quan Ho folk songs performances... created a lively atmosphere, contributing to strengthening exchanges and connections between workers of the two countries.
On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation presented 100 gifts to workers with technical innovation initiatives in production and union members in difficult circumstances. The organizing committee also arranged a lucky draw program with many meaningful gifts for workers.
