According to the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor, in 2025, the unit signed a cooperation agreement with 4 partners on welfare programs for union members.
At the same time, the Provincial Federation of Labor directs trade unions at all levels to effectively implement the Welfare Program for union members and workers. As a result, over 30,000 union members and employees have been able to buy discounted products from partners, with a benefit value of over 1.8 billion VND.
In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with Medlatec Company Limited and the Department of Movement Building of the Ministry of Public Security to organize health check-ups for 2,805 union members and employees. The Provincial Federation of Labor also supported the construction of 17 union shelters for union members with difficult housing circumstances, with a total amount of 605 million VND.
Implementing the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on organizing union meals in 2025, the Provincial Federation of Labor has directed and guided grassroots unions to organize union meals. By September 2, 2025, 508 grassroots trade unions will coordinate with unit leaders and employers to organize union meal programs for 253,383 union members and employees, with a total cost of VND 15.397 billion. The average meal value is 60,738 VND/person/meal, higher than the daily meals of union members and employees.
The Provincial Federation of Labor has directed trade unions at all levels to actively participate in building and implementing grassroots democracy regulations; coordinate the organization of conferences for civil servants, public employees, and labor conferences in 2025. There are 1,846/1,846 (reaching 100%) public administrative agencies and units organizing conferences for civil servants and public employees; 1,865/2,148 (reaching 86.8%) of enterprises with trade unions organizing conferences for employees; 100% of trade unions at all levels coordinate with professional leaders and employers to promulgate and implement grassroots democracy regulations.
The Provincial Federation of Labor directs trade unions at all levels to improve the quality of dialogue and collective bargaining to bring many benefits to union members and workers. 1,858/2,148 (86.5%) enterprises have conducted negotiations, amended, supplemented, and signed collective labor agreements, of which 8 enterprises have signed new collective labor agreements; 1,858/2,148 (86.5%) of enterprise-based trade unions have organized dialogues.
