According to the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor, in 2025, the Provincial Federation of Labor issued and implemented the 2025 Inspection and Supervision Plan; directed the Provincial Federation of Labor Inspection Committee to develop regulations on activities, assign tasks and develop a plan for inspection and supervision of trade unions in 2025 of the Provincial Federation of Labor Inspection Committee.
Inspection committees at all levels of trade unions will develop inspection programs and plans, schedule workers and civil servants, and seriously implement the set programs and plans.
The Inspection Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor has inspected 8 cases, received and participated in handling 20 complaints from union members and workers. The Trade Union Inspection Committees at all levels have assisted the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee in inspecting the compliance with the Vietnam Trade Union Charter for 1,600 employees, including: inspecting 1,250 employees at the same level; inspecting 350 employees at the same level. Inspecting the management and use of union finance and assets for 1,673 employees. Inspection committees at all levels have supervised over 1,100 cases.
Through inspection and supervision, it is shown that trade unions at all levels have complied with the provisions of the Vietnam Trade Union Charter, resolutions, directives, and regulations of the Party and trade union organizations; basically, the units have effectively managed the use of trade union funds and union fees according to the regulations of the State and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The Inspection Committees at all levels proactively grasp the situation, resolve and participate in promptly and legally resolving complaints and denunciations of workers and civil servants; maintain the work of receiving workers and civil servants. Trade unions at all levels have received 432 union members and workers coming to report and complain; received 50 petitions, complaints and denunciations. The main content of the petitions is related to the regime and rights of workers such as social insurance payment, wages, maternity benefits, labor contracts, working hours, etc. Up to now, trade unions at all levels have resolved and participated in resolving 100% of petitions, complaints, and denunciations according to their authority.
