Yen Phong Industrial Parks include: Yen Phong Industrial Park, Yen Phong expansion and Yen Phong II-C, directly managing 125 grassroots trade unions with more than 70,000 union members.
The work of protecting the rights and interests of union members has been deployed and implemented with over 80% of grassroots trade unions negotiating and signing collective labor agreements with many clauses that are more beneficial than the provisions of the law. The work of caring for union members has been deployed synchronously. On the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, the Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with grassroots trade unions in Yen Phong industrial cluster to donate nearly 1,200 gifts (1 million VND each); 2,831 bus tickets for union members (200,000 VND each); donated more than 3,800 online Trade Union Tet Market shopping vouchers (500,000 VND each) to union members.
At the conference, delegates were thoroughly grasped the core contents of the Resolution of the first Bac Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030 and new documents of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial Labor Federation for grassroots trade unions to promptly update and implement; summarize the results of the Trade Union Congresses at all levels for the new term; key targets and breakthroughs in the term; deploy key tasks of trade union work in 2026; summarize opinions of union members and workers to prepare a dialogue program between provincial leaders and workers.
The Resolution of the Provincial Trade Union Congress clearly identified three breakthroughs, focusing on: Improving the effectiveness of dialogue and collective bargaining, building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations; building strong grassroots trade unions, a contingent of trade union officials with sufficient capacity, bravery, and enthusiasm; taking care of building a modern Bac Ninh working class with political bravery, qualifications, professional skills, labor discipline, and an increasingly improved life.
This is not just a general orientation, but a direct requirement for each grassroots trade union, each trade union official, especially in industrial parks, where they are closest to workers and closest to reality.
The conference created high consensus on awareness and action, clarified the key tasks for 2026, and laid an important foundation for trade union levels to continue to innovate content and methods of operation, strongly focusing on grassroots levels, for union members and workers.
In the coming time, grassroots trade unions in Yen Phong Industrial Parks will continue to promote propaganda, raise political and ideological awareness for union members and workers; promote activities to care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, especially union members and workers in difficult circumstances; continue to launch all officials, union members, and workers to emulation to achieve achievements to celebrate major holidays of the country. Strengthen inspection and supervision work; do a good job of propaganda, pay attention to developing union members, building strong Trade Union organizations; improve the quality of trade union organization activities; continue to replicate advanced typical models to create a spreading effect among trade union members.
On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 14 collectives and 22 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good labor and building a strong trade union organization.
