On the afternoon of April 7, at the Hall of the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation agency, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation organized a training conference on trade union work in 2026 for nearly 60 delegates.
They are members of the Provincial Executive Committee of term I, term 2025 - 2030; Deputy Chairmen of Commune and Ward Trade Unions; Chairmen, Deputy Chairmen of grassroots trade unions directly under the Provincial Labor Federation; trade union officials providing professional advice on organizational work, union member development work; propaganda work, policy and law work and labor relations of commune and ward trade unions and grassroots trade unions directly under the Provincial Labor Federation.
At the Conference, delegates listened to the members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation deploying 03 thematic contents.
Comrade Huynh Minh Gioi - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Head of the Policy and Law and Labor Relations Department of the Provincial Labor Federation presented the topic "Dialogue and negotiation to sign collective labor agreements; Emulation and commendation; Some regulations on support from trade union social funds".
Comrade Bien Loc Toi - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Labor Federation presented the topic "Vocal propaganda skills; News and article writing skills and Photography skills serving Trade Union communication work".
Comrade To Hong Ha - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Head of the Organization Department of the Provincial Labor Federation presented the thematic report "Some basic contents on the organization and personnel work of the Trade Union and guidance on the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions according to the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union".
The conference aims to equip and update knowledge, skills, basic nghiệp vụ and trade union work methods for trade union officials at commune and ward levels and grassroots trade union officials directly under the Provincial Labor Federation.
Thereby, it has helped improve the quality and efficiency of the Trade Union organization's activities and improve the capacity of trade union officials to meet the requirements of trade union work tasks in the new situation, contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
