On March 25, the Can Tho City Labor Federation, the Can Tho Export Processing and Industrial Zones Management Board and the City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Trade Union organized a delegation to visit and work with a number of enterprises in the area.
This is one of the activities in the work program for the first 6 months of 2025. Thereby, paying attention to and reminding businesses about occupational safety and hygiene and fire prevention and fighting.


At each enterprise, the units have quickly reported the production and business situation, as well as salary, bonus, welfare regimes and activities to care for union members and workers.
Through the report as well as further exchanges with business leaders and the Executive Board of the Trade Union, the delegation acknowledged and shared the advantages and difficulties of the units in production and business as well as activities to care for union members and workers.
The representative of the visiting delegation reminded businesses to pay attention to occupational safety and hygiene and fire prevention and fighting at the unit.
With the theme "Vietnamese workers pioneering in entering a new era", Workers' Month 2025 will officially launch in May 2025. Accordingly, the visiting delegation informed about some upcoming activities for businesses to prepare and respond.


Within the conditions and practical scope of the company, the Executive Board of the grassroots Trade Union needs to advise the unit's leaders to direct and coordinate the organization of the Creative Workers' Festival at the company. Thereby, promoting the creativity of workers, contributing to improving labor productivity and profits for businesses.
Organize dialogues between company leaders and employees to promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations, helping employees feel secure in their work; organize a program to thank employees for practical care activities (depending on the actual situation at the unit)... create an enthusiastic production and working atmosphere among union members and workers.
