On November 6, the Final Round of the Contest to learn about the knowledge of law and traditional medicine of the Southwest region officially took place. The contest was organized by the Can Tho Medical Union in collaboration with Can Tho Medical College.
With the participants being civil servants, public employees, and workers (CCVC-NLD) working at units under the Can Tho health sector, the contest is divided into 2 rounds. Round 1, candidates take an online multiple-choice test on the Can Tho Medical College's website. Round 2 (final round), candidates take a direct test in the form of "Ring the Golden Bell" and "Behavior Contest".
Speaking at the final round of the contest, Chairwoman of the Health Sector Trade Union Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ly informed that the contest was organized to promote to union members and workers in the health sector an understanding of the glorious tradition of previous generations; creating conditions for the next generation of doctors to learn, respect, love, study and voluntarily follow the dedicated and sacrificial examples of revolutionary health workers.
This is also an opportunity to promote propaganda, dissemination, legal education, and education of the glorious tradition of the industry; creating opportunities for units to exchange and share experiences in resolving situations that often occur at the grassroots level.
Participating in the contest as a judge, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tan - Vice President of Can Tho City Labor Federation - highly appreciated the careful preparation of the contestants when they brought behavioral answers and practical suggestions to help the Can Tho health sector to be more and more perfect and developed.
As a result, Can Tho Medical College won the first prize for the group, the second and third prizes went to Can Tho General Hospital and Can Tho Obstetrics Hospital, respectively. The organizing committee also awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 3 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes to 10 outstanding individuals in the behavioral round.
