On July 11, in response to the "Red Journey - Pink Drop of Mountains and Waters" Program 2026 organized by the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation Mobilization of Cao Bang province, the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation has propagated and mobilized nearly 20 grassroots trade unions directly under it with nearly 60 union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers to participate in voluntary blood donation.
As a result, the program received more than 50 units of blood, contributing to supplementing blood sources for emergency and treatment work at medical facilities in the area.
In recent years, the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation has always identified voluntary blood donation as a humanitarian activity of practical significance.
Propaganda and mobilization of union members and workers to participate in blood donation campaigns launched by the province are regularly implemented, creating a spreading effect in trade union levels.
In 2026, grassroots trade unions will continue to proactively promote propaganda and raise awareness about the meaning of voluntary blood donation, thereby attracting a large number of union members and workers to respond.
In addition to mobilization work, the Provincial Labor Federation also assigned officials to coordinate and support organizational work, directly visit and encourage union members and workers at blood donation points.
After completing blood donation, union members were given gifts to recognize and encourage humanitarian gestures, and at the same time show the concern of the Trade Union organization for individuals actively participating in community activities.
According to the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation, each donated unit of blood not only contributes to saving patients but also spreads the spirit of compassion and responsibility to the community.
The active participation of union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers continues to affirm the role of the Trade Union organization in social security activities, joining hands to care for the health of people and union members.
