On July 10, information from Luc Yen Commune Trade Union, from the beginning of the year to now, the unit has innovated the way of dialogue with union members and workers by directly organizing working sessions at enterprises, especially in the non-state sector.
With the motto "Accompanying - Listening - Sharing", the dialogues focus on issues of concern to workers such as salaries, bonuses, working hours, labor protection and social insurance regimes.
The new point is to invite representatives of the Social Insurance agency to participate to directly answer policies, help workers understand their rights, and at the same time support businesses to properly implement the provisions of law.
In parallel with dialogue activities, Luc Yen Commune Trade Union coordinated with grassroots trade unions to organize 3 "Trade Union Meals" and 5 "Year-end Meals", creating space for workers and employers to exchange, share, and strengthen cohesion.
