News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on January 3rd said: one of the key tasks of the Da Nang City Trade Union organization in 2026 is to promote emulation, commendation, and honoring activities.
The city's Trade Union will launch emulation movements to create a vibrant atmosphere, mobilize union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers to promote initiatives, creativity, and technical improvements; innovate working processes, rationalize production; promote the application of science and technology, digital transformation, and welcome and soon bring the Resolution of the National Party Congress, Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, and Vietnam Trade Union Congress into life" - Mr. Le Van Dai - Standing Vice Chairman of Da Nang City Labor Federation said.
According to Mr. Le Van Dai, in 2026, the Da Nang City Labor Federation will continue to innovate and improve the quality of emulation movements launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor such as: "Good workers, creative workers"; "Good at state affairs, good at housework"; "Green, Clean, Beautiful, Ensuring labor safety and hygiene"; "Innovation, creativity, efficiency in the operation of the Trade Union organization"; creating a widespread, practical and effective emulation environment.
The City Labor Federation will maintain awards and activities to honor, commend, and reward such as: Honoring businesses that take good care of the lives of workers; July 28th Award; focusing on discovering and replicating advanced examples and creative and effective operating models.
Actively participate and effectively implement emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister, focusing on the movement "The whole country emulations for innovation, digital transformation", "Digital literacy", "Promoting the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure, practicing thrift, combating wastefulness", "For the poor, not leaving anyone behind" associated with the specific tasks of each sector, locality, agency, unit and enterprise, creating new momentum for socio-economic development.
Directing affiliated trade union levels to select works, products, and tasks of socio-economic value, of political significance, bringing practical benefits to the lives and jobs of union members and workers or contributing to the community and society to register for implementation and attach signs of works, products, and tasks to celebrate the National Party Congress and the Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
Strengthen coordination in organizing emulation activities in the emulation cluster of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations from the city to communes and wards.
Improving professional skills, actively researching and applying science and technology to production and trade union activities; promoting innovation, digital transformation, successfully implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo, contributing to the successful implementation of the city's development goals in the period 2025 - 2030.
