Da Nang - The Trade Union of Premo Vietnam Co., Ltd., together with businesses and workers, has donated more than 101 million VND to support a female union member with cancer.

On September 15, the grassroots Trade Union of Premo Vietnam Co., Ltd. (located in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial Park, Da Nang) said - had just visited, encouraged and donated 101.65 million VND to support Ms. L.T. A. H - an employee of the Quality Department, who is being treated for malignant cancer at the hospital.

Immediately after learning that Ms. H had a serious illness and had to be treated for a long time, the company's Trade Union launched a program to mobilize officials and employees to join hands to support.

Out of a total amount of 101.65 million VND, Premo Vietnam Co., Ltd. supported 50 million VND; officials and employees contributed 51.65 million VND.

According to the family, Ms. H needs about 210 million VND to have surgery to remove the tumor, treat metastasized sites and chemotherapy. During her treatment, her husband also had to temporarily quit his job to take care of his wife, causing the family's income to be affected while the cost of treatment is increasing.

Support from businesses, trade unions and colleagues was given at a time when Ms. H's family faced many difficulties, contributing to sharing treatment costs and adding motivation for female union members to continue treatment.

The activity also shows the spirit of mutual affection, solidarity and the companion role of the Trade Union organization with union members and workers when encountering adversity.
