On September 13, according to Xinhua, the Russian Ministry of Defense said that Russian forces continued to attack railway infrastructure in western Ukraine and logistics centers storing goods serving Ukrainian military forces.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, attacks targeting railway facilities used to transport military goods from European countries into Ukraine are still ongoing.
During the day, Russian forces also launched large-scale attacks targeting industrial enterprises involved in the production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), logistics centers and warehouses receiving and processing military goods for the Ukrainian forces.
Energy facilities serving port operations and logistics infrastructure in Odessa province are also on the target list. The Russian Ministry of Defense said that a UAV and component manufacturing workshop, along with a warehouse storing missiles, artillery weapons and ammunition of the Ukrainian forces, were hit.
These targets show that Russian attacks continue to target many links in Ukraine's military supply chain, from railway lines transporting goods, storage and distribution, to UAV production facilities and energy infrastructure supporting logistics operations.
Earlier the same day, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the Nova Poshta logistics center, which stores and distributes goods to serve the Ukrainian armed forces, was attacked.
Two substations Novaya and Usatovo were also hit. According to the Russian side, these facilities provide electricity for the operation of port infrastructure in the provinces of Odessa and Mykolaiv.
The Russian Ministry of Defense did not specify the time each target was hit, nor did it disclose information about casualties in the attacks.
The above statements were made in the context of Russia continuing to focus on attacking Ukraine's military infrastructure, logistics and energy.
