On August 18, the Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Golden Heart Charity Fund and Vietnam Foreign Trade Joint Stock Commercial Bank to organize the awarding of scholarships to students who are children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances, achieving excellent results in the 2025-2026 school year.

At the program, the Organizing Committee awarded 50 scholarships from the Golden Heart Charity Fund, each worth 1 million VND, to students in difficult circumstances but who have strived to rise up and achieve excellent academic achievements in the past school year.

Mr. Tan Minh Long - Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation and delegates presented meaningful scholarships to students.

Each scholarship not only carries material value, but is also encouragement and motivation for children and their families.

Timely sharing contributes to helping union member and worker families reduce some difficulties, and at the same time add motivation for children to continue to strive to study, train and achieve higher achievements in the following school years.

Through the program, the Trade Union organization continues to affirm its role in caring for the lives, protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, including caring for children of union members in difficult circumstances.

The activity also shows the companionship of the Golden Heart Charity Fund with agencies, units, and businesses in joining hands to care for the young generation.

The gifts and scholarships awarded at the right time not only support the children on their study journey, but also spread the spirit of kindness and sharing in the community.

For students who still face many difficulties but have good academic achievements, each scholarship is an encouragement for them to be more confident, continue to nurture their dreams and strive to rise up with their own willpower.
