Propaganda and legal education among union members and employees have been carried out well. In addition, coordinate to build 2 new Trade Union Shelters for union members with difficult housing circumstances; Support for more than 220 members and employees with a total amount of over 25 million VND; mobilized to develop 197 new union members, bringing the total number of union members in the entire district to 3,522 people; Established 2 new grassroots unions in the enterprise.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman of Dong Thap Province's Confederation of Labor Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui highly appreciated the results of district union activities. At the conference, the district's Confederation of Labor awarded the Medal "For the cause of building the Trade Union" of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to two individuals who have made many contributions to building the Vietnam Trade Union; Praising 15 typical trade union officials of Lap Vo district, period 2019 - 2023; Awarding certificates of merit from the District Labor Federation Executive Committee to 4 collectives and 9 individuals who have achieved outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Good Labor, Creative Labor" in 2024; Awarding certificates of merit from the District Labor Confederation Executive Committee to 8 collectives that won prizes in the 2024 "Beauty of Trade Union Activities" photo contest in response to the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024) .
